comic script

www.pikistrips.com/ps/gallery/view_image/3537718

My comic script is acctually based on the cartoon spongebob squarpants. As we all know, spongebob is a sponge and then one day, he grew hair! ( this might sound boring) His friends began discriminating him and left him alone. Then spongebob found Patrick the starfish and told everything to him.

I used a red colour background to make the stript look more exciting and I also creatd an effect that Patrick is very positive and on the other hand, Spongebob is negative and his look.

Discrimination

Discrimination refers to prejudical treatmrent of an individual.
Some example of discrimination are sex and gender discrimination.
Some times, people discriminate others based their background, origin, physical appearence and talent.
Discrimination occurs in various countries even in Singapore . Discrimination can cause racial conflicts and worse still , riots.
There are also forms of discrimination. One of which is direct discrimination . In a direct discrimination, the victim is treated less favourably than others in rhe same circumstances.
When facing a discriminating situation, just tell someone who you trust and tell them whatt had they done to you.
Discrimination happenes at all age limit and it can gappen anywhere

Messy room

Which of the above poems can you identify with the most? Write down your thoughts on your blog.......

The poem that I can identify the most is the poem Messy Room .

1)Can you say that the poem is humorous? If so how?

I can say that this is a humorous poem. The poem is started off by the author blaming and criticising the owner of the room but in the end, the owner is himself. The author has been continuously using the sentence "Whoever room this is should be ashamed!"

The poem is mainly talking about the messy state the room was in . How mucky and dam the room was in. I have a messy room too and most of the time it will be my mum is the one who helps me to clean the room up. I do not appreciate and even blame her for clean the things and made me do not know where she put the things. Although I know that I am the one who is at fault but I just cannot help pushing the blame to others.

The author in this poem is similiar to me. He pushes the blame to other without realising that it is his fault himself. The funny poem in the poem is that the author did not realise he was criticising and commenting on himself until the end of the poem.

2) What aspect of the human character has been highlighted in this poem?

This poem depicts the scene that one is so quick to blame others that he do not realise that it is his on fault.
